Lessons and Training

We are currently not providing horses for lessons but lessons are still available on and off site to clients with their own horse. For students who pay by the month there will be a haul in discount applied. We understand how inconvenient not having a lesson horse is and we hope to bring that back to the program after some needed time off for our beloved equine partners. If you feel ready to lease or buy, we would be happy to assist you in finding your perfect partner. If one of our horses becomes available for sale or lease, current clients will be given first choice.
Artois Equestrian trains both horses and riders. Elliot’s extensive experience and natural rapport with horses promises a regimen of training that will result in a rewarding ongoing relationship between you and your horse, whether on the trail or in the show ring.
Training For Your Horse
Elliots' training involves an intimate understanding of your horses natural and individual personality. Your horse has plenty of potential to learn and understand, and Elliots' techniques will lay the foundation for you to build and enhance on your relationship with your equine partner. He combines your needs and wants with the natural attributes of your horse and teaches both of you how to understand, communicate and work together.
Training For The Rider
Riding lessons are Elliot's most popular service! Elliot offers lessons on your horse at your location or at his! He works closely with his students teaching them how to handle and understand their horse and work together for a successful partnership. Whether you just want to work on your foundation and relationship with your horse or feel your wings with learning how to jump! Elliot can take you there.
